Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-oriented Centre Executive to be the first point of contact for parents and students, converting inquiries and trial classes into enrollments. This role supports student sign-ups, maintains strong parent relationships, and ensures smooth daily centre operations while working closely with teachers and internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Passion to convert leads into actual sales and deliver first-class after-sales service is a must
Be the first point of contact for all walk-ins, trial class bookings, and inquiries
Support new student sign-ups and help parents find the best class fit for their child
Maintain strong relationships with existing parents through regular updates and follow-ups
Coordinate trial classes, monitor conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve performance
Work closely with teachers to track class schedules, student progress, and customer feedback
Handle centre admin matters, attendance, and daily operations smoothly and professionally
Support marketing campaigns, events, and open houses to drive leads and brand engagement
Working experience in an enrichment school environment will be looked upon favourably
Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)

Comfortable with sales targets and motivated to grow student numbers
Team-player with a can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
Experience in education, retail, or service industries preferred
Min. Diploma qualification required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with systems and databases
Must be able to work on weekends (with two weekday off)
