About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Central Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and support our Area Manager in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of managing people and processes in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
. Oversee the daily production of pearls to meet outlet demand.
. Manage staff schedules and resolve any manpower issues.
. Guide and support the development and progression of central kitchen staff.
. Assist the Area Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the central kitchen.
. Coordinate and fulfill orders from multiple outlets accurately and on time.
Requirements
. Willingness to travel to our central kitchen located at Boon Lay.
. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a central kitchen or similar environment.
. Strong communication and coordination skills to handle orders from various outlets.
. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team effectively.
