To provide occupational therapy service to client from CPAS School West in the following areas:

. Assess and identify individual needs of clients in the areas of daily living, motor skills, cognition, and behaviour

. Develop and implement appropriate individualised therapy programmes

. Evaluate and document clients needs and progress at regular intervals, monitor therapy programmes and review its effectiveness

. Provide education to clients, caregivers, and staff, and recommend assistive devices where necessary

. Possess effective communication skills when working in Transdisciplinary team, collaborate with other professionals to optimise client outcomes

. Perform and participate in departmental administrative, operational tasks and continuing education
