KYC Operations is responsible for supporting all KYC and Client Data / Client Lifecycle Management related functions for Corporate Bank (CB) & Investment Bank (IB) Businesses spanning New Client Adoption / Periodic and Event Driven Reviews, as well as management of certain client account opening and maintenance activities and maintaining integrity of client static data.

Your key responsibilities:
The KYC & Client Data Operations - Singapore branch roles perform critical onshore control, governance and oversight functions, over KYC and client onboarding and account maintenance production processes that are managed by offshore service centre teams. The team also provides support for stakeholders across the breadth of the organisation, for matters in relation to the Singapore KYC and Client Data Operations function.
This includes:
Monitoring and performance of daily control checks - across account opening, maintenance and closure activities to ensure records are appropriately maintained and completeness of the client KYC population is assured
Review and proactive follow up of aged cases across other regulatory classification (SFA), tax (FATCA, CRS), and KYC areas, to ensure compliance is maintained in line with internal policy standards
Provision of ad-hoc support for stakeholder queries (ranging from CB Business, Finance, AFC and other KYC Operations teams) and CB client documentation management support
Contribution to monthly and ad-hoc management reporting on operational performance and MAS regulatory reporting requirements on Singapore client population and KYC
Contribution to on-going process improvement, including process mapping and control design, partnering with other KYC Operations, Risk and Control and Business teams, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day processes.
Your skills and experience:
Minimum a diploma in business administration or a related area
Minimum 1 year of relevant work / internship experience in KYC or Compliance or in any regulatory role in financial services
Experience in handling documentation work or governance and control process
Attention to details and organizational skills
Communication and interpersonal skills.
MS office such as Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
