Oversee and ensure all premises are maintained adequately and meet both regulatory requirements and company operating standards. Ensure smooth operations of all the clinics

Increase revenue by planning and managing roster of doctors, clinic staff and locums to optimize the use of scheduled operating hours of clinics.

Implement and improve ground control processes of sales recognition, tracking of credit sales, invoicing and claiming for credit sales with reconciliation, and tracking of inventory and costs.

Oversee facilities matters including the set-up of new clinics, re-furbishing and maintenance of existing clinics, and review of IT, POS and payment systems working in conjunction with facilities, IT and accounts.
