Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and private customers to promote the restaurant's catering services.
  • Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into catering contracts.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements, provide customized catering solutions, and prepare proposals.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events and maintain quality standards.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and finalize agreements with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales metrics in the CRM system.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and handle feedback to enhance service offerings and customer experience.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events to expand the visibility of the catering services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in F&B catering, hospitality, or event management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Indian cuisine and catering trends is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client schedules.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
