Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate events, weddings, seminars, government tenders, etc.)
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking and referrals
Follow up on enquiries promptly and convert leads into confirmed sales
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations and contracts
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand clients event requirements and recommend suitable menus/packages
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Coordinate food tastings and presentations
Handle feedback and resolve customer complaints professionally
Liaise with kitchen, operations, logistics and service teams to ensure smooth execution
Prepare event orders and internal job sheets accurately
Ensure all special dietary, Halal, and venue requirements are clearly communicated
Attend events when required to oversee setup and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales pipeline and confirmed events
Update CRM systems and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
Ensure contracts are signed and deposits collected in accordance with company terms
Follow up on outstanding payments
Assist in promoting festive packages (e.g. CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas)
Support social media enquiries and website leads
Participate in wedding shows, food fairs, and corporate exhibitions
Provide input on menu development based on market trends
Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations
Understand Halal requirements (if applicable)
Maintain professional conduct in line with company branding
Ensure all event details meet ISO and hygiene standards (if applicable)
