You support our restaurant operations and catering division by preparing high-quality food products to create memorable experiences for our guests. Through ownership, teamwork, and kinship, you ensure the operational effectiveness of your pastry team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all sales-related activities and documentation, manage hotline and online sales for the Catering Division
- Assist customers in event planning, packaging, and menu selections by understanding their specific needs and requirements, lead the admin & ops team, and or other departments to ensure delivery of customers orders
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and operations team, and maintain a comprehensive and updated filing system
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups, establish customer relationships and build rapport, delivering total customer satisfaction
- Ability to execute and orchestrate any last-minute changes or details to functions
- Achieve sales target for the division
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the upscale catering/ hospitality/ F&B industry will be an advantage
- Good leadership - possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Result-Oriented - must be self-driven and sales-oriented, outgoing personality, highly motivated, and an independent individual
- Computer literate - proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
