Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and guidance to Catering Operations team
2. Work closely with operations, sales and kitchen team to ensure the clients needs are met
3. Oversee and monitor all operations and logistics for all catering events
4. Manage manpower planning to suit different catering needs
5. Monitor service, food and beverage standards and resolve any issues if necessary
6. Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and handle customer complaints
7. Monitor and maintain vehicle standard, food quality, service standard & smooth running of the catering office and central kitchen
8. Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
9. Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.
Requirements:
. At least 3 years of relevant experience
. Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
. Ability to work independently and in a team
. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with strong network
. Willing to travel overseas if needed.
. Able to work under split shift to meet business needs
. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
. Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
. Knowledge in banquet spaces, facilities and capabilities of the competitive market
