Position : Operations Executive (Catering)
Location: Tai Seng (2 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end catering operations from setup to breakdown
Coordinate logistics for multi-site deliveries and on-site events
Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance, and compliance
Plan manpower deployment and shift schedules across teams
Support SOP development and process improvement initiatives
Analyze operational and cost data to improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence
Participate in leadership development and operational planning activities
Requirements:
Experience in manpower planning, shift scheduling, and on-site team coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar operational reporting tools
