Catering Operations Executive

• Position : Operations Executive (Catering)

• Location: Tai Seng (2 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Food & Beverage

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end catering operations from setup to breakdown

• Coordinate logistics for multi-site deliveries and on-site events

• Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance, and compliance

• Plan manpower deployment and shift schedules across teams

• Support SOP development and process improvement initiatives

• Analyze operational and cost data to improve efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence

• Participate in leadership development and operational planning activities

Requirements:

• Experience in manpower planning, shift scheduling, and on-site team coordination

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar operational reporting tools
