Assist Catering Supervisor in coordinating catering events, ensuring smooth day-to-day F&B operations, and meeting client needs and expectations
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, ethical behavior and integrity while performing duties
Manage equipment, stock inventory, and pantry supplies in an accurate and efficient manner, including overseeing items such as air pots, drinks, coffee capsules, and other necessary supplies
Ensure timely top-up of pantry supplies on client floor to maintain a well-stocked and organized environment
Oversee the washing, cleaning and proper storage of all crockery, ensuring they are restored to their designated places
Set up training rooms and ensure they meet user requirements, including providing beverages and refreshments in any
Regularly check and tidy individual training rooms to maintain a clean and organized atmosphere
Refresh training rooms promptly before the arrival of the next event or client
Prepare lunch areas by setting up for events and ensuring the seamless execution of the event's dining requirements
Escort caterers to designated training rooms, ensuring that food and beverage services are delivered correctly and efficiently
Ensure that all food and beverages are delivered to clients on time and with the highest standards of professionalism and service
Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as accurately as possible
Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, departments and team members to ensure continued satisfaction and smooth operations
To participate department briefings and team meetings, actively contributing ideas and staying informed on updates and procedures
Share insights and provide feedback that helps improve team performance and service delivery
Report any potential risks, safety concerns, or incidents to management immediately to ensure a safe working environment for all
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and catering areas, ensuring a hygienic environment at all times
Assist the Hospitality Manager or Supervisor with any ad hoc tasks or special assignments as needed to support the successful execution of events
