Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. You will be responsible for handling transactions accurately, assisting guests with payments, and ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests during checkout.
- Assist in answering basic guest enquiries and guiding them when necessary.
- Support daily operations by maintaining cleanliness and order at the cashier counter.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
Requirements:
- Prior cashiering or customer service experience preferred, but training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
