Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational activities for the Cash Management business, including back-office onboarding and processing of cash management products.

  • Support business initiatives by assisting in requirements documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system implementation activities.

  • Work closely with the Department Head and relevant stakeholders to enhance Cash Management systems and corporate internet banking functionalities.

  • Compile, analyse, and maintain data metrics for Cash Management operations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Front Office, Fintech, Compliance, and Finance to ensure smooth operational workflow.

  • Handle SWIFT-related operational tasks, including reviewing message formats, processing remittances, and supporting settlement activities.

  • Perform any other operational or administrative duties as assigned by the Operation Head or management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Cash Management or banking back-office operations.

  • Good understanding of corporate internet banking services and operational processes.

  • Knowledge of SWIFT messages, remittances, settlement principles, and associated operational risks.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Experience in project coordination or involvement in system enhancement initiatives will be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
