We are working with a leading bank with a long-established presence in Singapore, the bank serves as a key regional hub supporting cross-border financing, trade services, and corporate banking activities. They are actively looking for a seasoned Cash Management professional to join their Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the department's Cash Management business, including back-office onboarding for cash management products.
- Support the execution of Cash Management initiatives by drafting requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), assisting in projects, and facilitating system implementations.
- Collaborate with the Department Head (Deputy Head or Assistant Chief) to enhance Cash Management systems and corporate internet banking capabilities
- Collect, compile, and analyze performance metrics for the cash management business, and assist in preparing reports.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operation Head, Deputy Head, or Assistant Chief.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or a related discipline.
- At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in back-office operations within the Cash Management function.
- Strong knowledge of corporate internet banking services, with direct experience in corporate e-banking back-office operations.
- Familiarity with SWIFT messages and remittance processes, with a sound understanding of settlement principles, related risks, and proficiency in using SWIFT messages.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with front-office departments and internal units such as Fintech, Compliance, and Finance & Accounting.
- Prior experience in project management or leading project initiatives is an advantage.
