Job description:
Manage and process new business insurance applications in accordance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), underwriting guidelines, and operational workflows.
Prepare accurate sales illustrations and quotations for business partners and consultants.
Work closely with sales consultants and internal stakeholders to support the submission and follow-up of insurance applications.
Monitor and provide timely updates on application statuses to consultants and team members.
Maintain accurate client records, meeting details, and case documentation within the CRM system.
Ensure all new business submissions and supporting documents are completed accurately and submitted within required timelines.
Support case management activities, including follow-up on medical requirements, documentation, and presentations.
Liaise with Finance and internal departments regarding business reports, paid reports, and reconciliation matters.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and MAS regulatory requirements.
Perform ad hoc administrative and operational duties assigned by Management.
Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in policy administration, new business processing, or insurance operations within the insurance or financial services industry.
Prior experience handling High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients and complex insurance cases will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, policy servicing, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
