Our client, a well-established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Lead and mentor a lean team to execute end-to-end policy servicing tasks for HNW customers with high accuracy, professionalism, and timely turnaround.
Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient administrative support for Insurance Specialists in Hong Kong and overseas offices.
Handle enquiries from distributors, brokers, and wealth partners provide quality frontline servicing and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Conduct detailed checks on policy information, system inputs, and application documentation to ensure completeness, regulatory compliance, and error minimization.
Track and report operational metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and service accuracy, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and system enhancements as required.
Degreeholder,professionalinsurancequalificationsispreferred
5 - 8yearsofpolicy servicing experienceinlife insuranceoperations
Atleast1-2yearsinasupervisoryorteamleadrole.ExperienceinLifeorHNWinsuranceoperationsisastrongadvantage
Solidunderstandingofpolicyservicing,operationalworkflowsandregulatorycompliance(includingAML/CTF)
Detail-mindedwithstronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills
ExperiencewithCRMorpolicyadministrationsystemsisaplus
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeapplications(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
