Join a premier wealth management platform to oversee end-to-end case execution and deliver seamless administrative support for high-net-worth insurance solutions.
Manage end-to-end case administration from initial quotation through to policy issuance and ongoing post-inception service.
Coordinate directly with private banks, trustees, insurance partners, and clients to ensure smooth onboarding and operational workflows.
Organize medical examinations, accompany clients when required, and manage sensitive client documentation with precision.
Maintain accurate case status reports, tracking pending applications and active policies for management and banking partners.
Ensure total documentation accuracy and strict compliance with internal policies and financial regulatory standards.
Skills And Experience Required.
Minimum 3 years of life insurance or case management experience within wealth management, private banking, or insurance brokerages.
Tertiary qualification, ideally supported by professional insurance industry certifications.
Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing complex client cases efficiently.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong detail-oriented mindset.
