Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $5000 - $6100
- Location: Mattar Rd (McPherson)
- Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30AM-6.30PM, Fri 8.30AM - 5.30PM
- Annual Performance Bonus + Year-End Bonus + WFH Hybrid Arrangement
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee case management processes, ensuring timely submission, accuracy, and integrity of casefiles.
- Conduct case supervision, mentor junior caseworkers, and provide guidance to interns (art therapy, counselling, social work).
- Chair monthly case conferences and support ongoing case discussions.
- Liaise with MSF and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and activation of services when required.
- Manage ECRM matters, including admissions, discharges, extensions of stay, case assignments, and follow-ups.
- Oversee CANS administration, including user accounts, assessments, and issue resolution.
- Review and vet reports (e.g., RC4, incident reports) and submit funding applications for higher-risk residents.
- Collate and submit casework data, statistics, and reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure proper documentation, records, and reporting systems (e.g., Muster spreadsheet) are consistently updated.
Requirements:
- Preferably someone with 5 years relevant experiences.
- Diploma/Degree in psychology will be plus point.
