Carpentry Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead carpentry works for commercial and office renovation projects
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, and daily work progress
• Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation
• Perform hands-on carpentry work when required (fabrication & installation)
• Ensure works are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Liaise with project manager, clients, and other trades on-site
• Enforce safety requirements and ensure compliance with site regulations
• Maintain proper housekeeping and site cleanliness
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry experience (commercial projects preferred)
• Able to read and understand technical drawings independently
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with carpentry tools and machinery
• Familiar with Singapore construction site practices and safety requirements
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
