CARPENTRY FOREMAN

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Carpentry Foreman to oversee and manage on-site carpentry works for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and monitor daily carpentry work progress and workmanship quality
-Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and in-house workers on site
-Plan and schedule works to meet project timelines and milestones
-Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure site safety compliance
-Ensure all works follow approved drawings, specifications, and standards
-Oversee material planning, requisition, and usage control
-Resolve site issues promptly and coordinate with project team
-Prepare site reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation
-Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and stakeholders on technical matters
-Ensure timely completion of works with good quality standards
-Be hands-on and actively involved in on-site operations when required

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in carpentry / construction works
-At least N-Level / O-Level / ITE or relevant trade certification
-Strong knowledge of carpentry works, site coordination, and supervision
-Possess good leadership and problem-solving skills
-Able to read, draw and interpret relevant carpentry drawings
-BCSS / Work at Height Supervisor / Safety-related certificates are an advantage
-Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage
-Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
