Carpenter

. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or instructions to build or repair various items, including furniture, cabinets, doors, and windows

. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and wallboard using hand and power tools

. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, using carpenter's hand and power tools

. Inspect and replace damaged frameworks or other structures and fixtures

. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment

. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradesmen to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

. Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure they are in good working order

. Perform other related duties as assigned
