Carpenter Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate carpentry works at construction sites.
• Lead and manage carpenters and workers on site.
• Read and understand construction drawings and carpentry details.
• Ensure carpentry works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and site requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers and other subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship and safety requirements.
• Arrange manpower, materials and tools for daily work.
• Check measurements and ensure proper installation and finishing.
• Report site progress and any issues to the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant carpentry experience in Singapore construction projects.
• Previous experience as a Carpenter Supervisor / Carpentry Foreman preferred.
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Able to lead and supervise a team of workers.
• Good knowledge of carpentry works, formwork and site installation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Relevant safety certificates are an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 6 days per week
• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Location: Various construction sites in Singapore
