2. Technical Execution & Quality Control
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret architectural plans, structural drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution.
- Hands-on Carpentry: Perform high-level skilled carpentry work, including rough framing, exterior siding, and precision interior finish work (cabinetry, trim, and millwork).
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of all work to ensure it meets company standards and client specifications before proceeding to the next phase.
3. Project Management & Administration
- Scheduling & Budgeting: Create and adjust project timelines to ensure benchmarks are met on time and within the labor budget.
- Material Management: Prepare accurate material take-offs and order necessary supplies in advance to prevent production delays.
