Carpenter Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing carpentry work on construction sites.
• Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand carpentry requirements.
• Ensure that all carpentry work is in line with the design specifications and building codes.
• Organize daily work schedules and assign specific carpentry tasks to the team.
• Ensure the team uses proper safety gear and follows all safety protocols, reducing the risk of accidents or injuries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in leading and managing team to ensure smooth operations on-site.
• Ability to address and resolve issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to the work schedule
• Working Location: Tampines
• 6 working days per week
