Job Summary
Support supervisors in structural design, planning, and installation. Perform repair and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and fixtures. Assess woodwork quality, operate tools safely, and collaborate with teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Assist supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation to support project goals
- Perform repair work and install doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required
- Assess the quality of woodwork and materials to ensure compliance with project standards
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely to maintain workflow efficiency
- Operate hand and power tools and other equipment effectively to complete tasks
- Comply with local building codes, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- Follow established safety rules and maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and tradesmen to ensure projects finish on time and within budget
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order through regular checks and upkeep
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and project needs
