Project Director (LTA Project)

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major LTA infrastructure projects. The role will be responsible for full project lifecycle management, ensuring timely completion, cost control, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination across complex civil works.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead overall planning, execution, and delivery of LTA projects (e.g. MRT, viaducts, tunnels, roads)
• Take full P&L ownership including budget control, forecasting, and cost management
• Manage project team including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, and support functions
• Oversee construction progress, resource allocation, and project scheduling to meet milestones
• Ensure compliance with LTA specifications, BCA regulations, and safety standards (WSH, MOM requirements)
• Act as main point of contact with LTA, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Drive risk management strategies across technical, contractual, and operational aspects
• Lead contract administration, variation management, and claims resolution
• Ensure quality delivery in line with project specifications and CONQUAS standards
• Champion safety culture and enforce strict site safety practices
• Provide strategic direction and resolve high-level project issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure projects
• Proven track record managing large-scale LTA projects (MRT, tunnelling, highways, or similar)
