SKILLED WORKER AT LEAST 3 YEARS , PROFICIENT IN MANDARIN COMMUNICATION ,
Formwork Carpentry

• Fabricate and install formwork and moulds for concrete structures.

• Assemble and dismantle timber or metal formwork for beams, columns, slabs, and walls.

• Ensure formwork alignment and level before concrete pouring.

2. Measurement and Layout

• Read and follow construction drawings and site instructions.

• Measure, cut, and prepare timber or plywood according to specifications.

• Mark layout points for installation.

3. Installation Work

• Install:

  • Door frames

  • Window frames

  • Wooden partitions

  • Cabinets and built-in furniture (for renovation works)

• Fix and secure structures using nails, screws, and adhesives.

4. Repair and Maintenance

• Repair damaged formwork or wooden structures.

• Replace worn-out plywood and timber materials.

• Maintain tools and equipment.

5. Material Handling

• Prepare and move timber, plywood, and carpentry materials on site.

• Ensure proper storage and usage of materials to reduce wastage.

6. Site Safety

• Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

• Use PPE such as safety helmet, gloves, and safety boots.

• Maintain a safe and clean work area.

7. Team Coordination

• Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and other workers.
