Job Summary

You will read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications, collaborate with the Project Manager to meet project requirements and deadlines, resolve worksite issues promptly, operate tools and machinery effectively, and troubleshoot and repair defects as requested by customers.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate material requirements

Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure contracted works meet all requirements and targeted deadlines

Identify and resolve worksite issues quickly to maintain project progress

Operate tools and machinery proficiently to complete carpentry tasks safely and efficiently

Troubleshoot and repair defects according to customer requests

Adapt work schedule to include weekends or public holidays as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience
