Job Description

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements
Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and furniture
Repair and renovate wooden structures, including frameworks and fixtures
Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
Ensure all work is completed with high accuracy and quality standards
Inspect and replace damaged framework or materials
Follow building codes, safety regulations, and project guidelines
Collaborate with construction workers, supervisors, and other team members
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Estimate material requirements and assist in cost calculations
Keep the work area clean and organized
