As a Career consultant. You help to find jobs for persons seeking employment or assist employers in finding persons to fill positions that are open specifically focusing on our clients.
We are still a start up so that there will be so much of opportunities in terms of your career advancement, grow as a professional and gain skills. Also we are planning to expand our business across Asian countries in near future.

Responsibilities and duties
- Make sales and hit the Target and KPIs
- Sourcing candidates (partially conducted by the company as well)
- Career counseling and job change support for candidates
- Hearing companies&apos hiring needs and proposing job opportunities
- Matching candidates with companies and coordinating interviews
- Providing interview preparation and resume/CV advice
- Post-offer follow-up and onboarding support
- Analyzing recruitment market trends and providing insights
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
- Report to the Director daily
Qualification:
- Must have a bachelor degree or equivalency.
- Must have more than 3 years of workings experience as Sales or Career Consultant
- Having a working experience as a Career consultant will be an advantage
- CEI certified candidate will be an advantage
- Someone who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about career support.
- A person with logical thinking, proposal skills, and negotiation abilities to create value.
- A team player who takes initiative and acts proactively.
- Someone who resonates with our companys Credo.
