Care Support Associate

Job Responsibilities

- Attend to patients general hygiene and carry out patient care activities

- Ensure patients dietary and nutritional needs are met

- Assist with admissions and inter-departmental transfers

- Assist in conducting clinical tests and monitoring patients vital signs during their stay

- Assist with nursing procedures such as, but not limited to, wound dressing, emergency procedures and cannulation

- Manage visitations and follow up on discharges and appointments for patients

- Request, file and compile medical records and casenotes

- Assist in clerical duties such as handling incoming and outgoing mails, discharging of simple cases, and performing daily ward rounds

Requirements

- Minimum NITEC/ higher NITEC or equivalent

- Able to work on weekends and public holidays

- Open to doing shift work, including night shifts
