Care Associate (Full-time)

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Associate to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centered support to residents/clients. In this role, you will assist with carrying out rehabilitative activities, ensure comfort and safety, and promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of those in your care. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver tailored care plans, fostering dignity, respect, and trust at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in carrying out rehabilitative activities.
• Coordinate and organise activities for the residents/clients.
• Assist in providing physical, emotional and social assistance to residents/clients.
• Support residents/clients with mobility needs, safe transfers, positioning, and daily living activities (such as bathing, dressing, and basic grooming, etc).
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level, N Level, or HMI certificate preferred
• A caring heart and passion to serve the elderly
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
• Computer proficiency is an advantage
