Care Associate Assisted Living

Salary:

• Local: $2500 basic
• Night shift allowance: Weekday $20 / Weekend $30
• Housing allowance: $400 (subject to eligibility)
• AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, 4-3-3-4 shift
Work Location: 10 mins walking distance from Kovan mrt

Job Responsibilities

• Provide care, companionship, and support to residents in their daily routines.
• Monitor residents general well-being and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and homely environment for residents.
• Support social and recreational activities for residents.
• Ensure care equipment and supplies are clean, organised, and ready for use.
• Provide warm and professional service to residents and their families.
• Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level or O-Level.
• 1-2 years of eldercare experience preferred.
• BCLS and First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
