Provide high-quality support to the Banking Operations Team, focusing on Card and Loan Operations.
Handle processing tasks, including Chargeback, Retrieval, Representments, Pre-arbitration, Arbitration, Pre-Compliance, and Compliance, using internal bank systems or Card Association platforms.
Ensure efficient resolution of transactional and operational issues, tracking them through to completion while maintaining agreed service levels.
Assist in testing and implementing system and process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
Adhere to processing KPIs, SLAs, and comply with operational controls and external regulations.
Provide support for other operational products as needed.
Requirements
A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Card Operations within a banking environment preferred.
Experience in Consumer Loan Operations is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
