Job description:
Position Summary
To support and process cashcard/ NFP/ VCC refunds, retained card and other stored value cards related related process within stipulated SLA.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing all Cashcard, NFP & VCC refunds including retained cards at ATM, Lost & Found, Card Surrender etc.
- Supporting police request fulfillment
- Online refund processing
- Perform manual refund
- Data Entry
- Preparing of refund letters
- Any Adhoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum oneyear of admin/operation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Words)
- Team player and effective communicator
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally in English
