Crew (Entry Level, Salary from $1,600 $1,900/mth)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

. Wash vehicles with speed, precision, and attention to detail.

. Maintain work standards in each workstation (Wet area/ Dry area) in accordance to Company SOP

. Have basic customer service standards. (Greetings/ taking orders)

. Team player with willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs. (Manning different stations)

. Demonstrate diligence in following SOP without compromise

. Maintaining safe work practices

Team Lead (Senior Crew Level, Salary from $1.901 $2,200/mth)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

. Ability to orientate & mentor new Crew and maintain high operational smoothness.

. Ability to effectively perform at ALL workstations and deliverables

. Ability to engage customers and generate/obtain feedback

. Manage inventory par-level equipment serviceability and housekeeping

. Handle payments and sales proceeds accurately
