Indoor Sales - Closing sales and sourcing potential new leads.
Ensure individual sales targets are met.
Attend to counter and outlet duties.
Perform whole vehicle rental process from attending to inquiries, preparation of quotation and Rental Agreement, to book and check in/ out cars in accordance with the sales workflow.
Provide excellent customer service and quality after sales service.
Maintain good relationship with customers to achieve high customer retention rate
Manage and follow up on customer's ageing account.
Be kept abreast of market changes, competitor pricing and promotions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years experience in car rental.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
