CAR PARK ATTENDANT

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage vehicle entry and exit in the car park.
• Assist drivers with queries regarding parking rates, payment, or directions.
• Perform routine checks on parking equipment
• Patrol the car park to ensure safety, cleanliness, and prevent unauthorized parking.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning.
• Assist in moving vehicle around.
• Report equipment faults, incidents, or irregularities to supervisor promptly.
• Provide basic customer service support to drivers and visitors.

Requirements

• No experience required training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environment or sheltered car park.
• Willing to work shifts/weekends/public holidays (depending on roster).
• Responsible, polite, and alert.
