Job Description

A Car Detailer job description involves cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the interior and exterior of vehicles to a high standard, using specialized products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Exterior Care:

. Thoroughly wash, dry, and wax the vehicle's body.

. Polish and buff the paint to restore its shine and remove imperfections.

. Clean and shine tires, wheels, and wheel wells.

. Apply protective agents and sealants to the exterior.

Interior Care:

. Vacuum carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces.

. Steam clean or shampoo carpets and seats to remove stains and odours.

. Wipe down and polish the dashboard, trim, and other interior components.

. Clean and polish interior and exterior glass surfaces.

General Tasks:

. Operate and maintain detailing equipment.

. Inspect vehicles to identify any issues needing further attention.

. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and tools.

. Provide exceptional customer service to meet client or company specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Certification
• 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Candidate must be able to handle the manual work as the job requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods and performing manual labour in various weather conditions.
• Class 3 Driving license required
• Lunch provided
• Work Location: Carros Centre (Shuttle Bus available for to and fro from Kranji MRT to Carros Centre)
• 5.5 day work week
