Captain / Team Leader - Event Service (Banquet)

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. You will assist the Event Service Manager in ensuring that the banquet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Your Profile:

• Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations, preferably within the Events, Banquet, or Food & Beverage Department.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude with a can-do mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Relevant supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills will be an advantage candidates may be considered for a Team Leader position based on experience and qualifications.
