Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services

We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead project teams in delivering innovative managed services and outsourcing solutions for clients in the region. This role spans accounting and financial reporting transactions, including financial planning and analysis, finance operations (order to cash, procure to pay), and other technical accounting areas. You will drive financial accuracy, efficiency, and innovation, ensuring outsourced services meet client expectations and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Engagement:

• Partner with practice leaders and executives to support business development and identify new client opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and propose tailored managed services or outsourcing solutions.

Service Delivery & Project Leadership:

• Lead outsourcing and digital finance special projects, implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead teams delivering managed services across technical accounting and financial reporting areas, including consolidation, financial statement preparation, lease accounting, and hedge accounting.

Process Improvement & Automation:

• Design and integrate automation in outsourced processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in finance and reporting to enhance service delivery.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and mentor junior professionals across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• Graduate with accounting or finance qualification and strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
• 68 years of relevant experience in an international public accounting firm or corporate environment, preferably in accounting advisory, statutory audit, or financial reporting.
• Proven knowledge and experience in finance operations, including order to cash and procure to pay processes, ideally in managed services or outsourcing.
• Experience assisting clients with automation or enhancement of reporting processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Xero, NetSuite, or similar. Experience with FP&A and FP&A solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulous work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within dynamic teams.
