Advertising Sales professionals play a key role in driving revenue growth by helping brands connect with their target audiences through strategic media placements, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across various industries
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising or media solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, campaign ops, creative, media planning) to execute campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide updates or reports as required
- Stay updated on advertising trends, digital platforms, and market developments
Requirements
- Experience in advertising sales, media sales, digital marketing, or related commercial roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Ability to understand client needs and propose effective advertising solutions
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and sales pipelines
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic, social media) is an advantage
