The Role

Purpose and Position in Organisation

The Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their campus/early careers hiring demand. They are responsible for ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. The role includes planning and executing campus recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with onsite and offshore campus colleagues. The Recruiter will work closely with the Team Lead (TL), Manager (CSM), Senior Manager (SM), recruiters, and coordinators to ensure high-quality recruitment services and a smooth recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and provide datadriven recruitment counsel.
  • Lead campus recruitment planning, vacancy intake meetings, hiring strategy discussions, and marketaligned attraction campaigns.
  • Deliver endtoend recruitment across sourcing, shortlist reviews, assessment centres, interviews, offer process, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with global EC&C teams to monitor funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Support governance, reporting, data requests, and compliance checks with full accountability for ATS/CRM accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Coordinators to maintain consistency and excellence in operational execution.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in earlycareers, graduate, campus, or highvolume specialist recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability with the confidence to advise, influence, and manage expectations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, prioritisation, and problemsolving skills.
  • High standards in process discipline, compliance, data accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Commit to working in office 3 x a week
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to operate effectively at pace.
  • Holder of CEI(Certificate of Employment Intermediary) will be preferred
