The Community Growth Strategist plays a key role in expanding ISCA's outreach and engagement with educational institutions. This role is responsible for planning and executing initiatives that increase awareness of accountancy as a career choice, while building strong relationships with students and educators.
The incumbent will support efforts to grow ISCA's student membership base and contribute to developing a strong pipeline of future Chartered Accountants. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals early in their careers who are passionate about community building, youth engagement, and driving impact through partnerships and programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing outreach activities at educational institutions, including career talks, fairs, and other events.
Collaborate with representatives from educational institutions to support initiatives that promote accountancy and ISCA's programs.
Maintain effective communication channels with ISCA Student Members to drive consistent engagement.
Support content creation and curation for student and stakeholder communications, coordinating with industry speakers and other departments.
Manage the distribution of study awards, sponsorships, and book prizes to students, ensuring alignment with ISCA's goals.
Track and analyse community engagement metrics, preparing reports for senior management to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
Liaise with the central marketing team to ensure the outreach strategies are aligned with the broader organisational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline candidates with backgrounds in Business, Communications, Marketing, Accountancy or related fields will have an advantage.
Prior experience in outreach, events, marketing, partnerships, or community engagement is a plus (including internships, school projects, or volunteer work).
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in outreach and community engagement are welcome to apply.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging students, educators, and external stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate events or outreach activities, including logistics and stakeholder engagement.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
