Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, email marketing, and online platforms
  • Manage social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), including content planning, scheduling, and engagement optimisation
  • Create and edit digital content, including copywriting, visuals, and short-form videos
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant tools prepare regular performance reports and insights
  • Support website content updates and implement basic SEO improvements
  • Assist in e-commerce operations, online promotions, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Respond to customer enquiries and feedback across digital platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), social media advertising, and email marketing
  • Good written and spoken English for business communication ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Willing to work flexible hours when required to support marketing campaigns or events
