Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, email marketing, and online platforms
Manage social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), including content planning, scheduling, and engagement optimisation
Create and edit digital content, including copywriting, visuals, and short-form videos
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant tools prepare regular performance reports and insights
Support website content updates and implement basic SEO improvements
Assist in e-commerce operations, online promotions, and digital marketing initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
Respond to customer enquiries and feedback across digital platforms in a timely and professional manner
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or a related field
Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
Basic knowledge of SEO, web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), social media advertising, and email marketing
Good written and spoken English for business communication ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking customers
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Willing to work flexible hours when required to support marketing campaigns or events
