- Set up and manage campaign configurations in the backend system, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely execution
- Act as the main contact point for relevant teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment for assigned tasks
- Collaborate with relevant teams to align on requirements and ensure mutual understanding to set up campaigns in the backend system as per business needs
- Monitor and assist in resolving daily operational issues and troubleshooting to maintain smooth campaign performance
- Proactively initiate process improvements to streamline workflows and identify essential features and requirements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of necessary formulas, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage large volumes of data
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse, and fast-paced environment
- Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Proactive attitude in self-learning and a mindset focused on continuous improvement of work processes
- Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or working with backend systems or campaign setup tools is a plus
