Make your mark in data-driven campaign marketing
At AIG, the Digital and Direct Marketing team operates a data-led distribution channel, connecting customer needs with our insurance solutions. As campaign managers, we translate complex insurance products into clear, relevant customer propositions, delivered through the right channels at the right time to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
How you will create an impact
Operating at the intersection of business, data, and storytelling, you will be responsible for driving revenue through direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns. You will own the entire campaign lifecycle, from ideation to post-purchase engagement, managing communication touchpoints, revenue targets and profitability through a data-driven approach.
This role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution, with a clear appreciation and understanding of evolving customer behavior to acquire, retain, and reactivate customers to achieve business goals.
Key accountabilities would include:
Develop a deep understanding of our products, value propositions, and target customer segments to craft clear and compelling marketing propositions.
Take end-to-end ownership of marketing campaigns, including preparing approval papers, managing campaign set-up and processes, overseeing launches, monitoring performance, and driving post-sale engagement.
Actively manage and optimize campaign profitability by monitoring performance metrics and adjusting spending to maximize returns.
Ensure accurate tracking and timely reporting of campaign revenue and spend, with disciplined management of budgets, including prompt submission of invoices where applicable.
Identify customer protection gaps through data analysis and translate insights into actionable opportunities by matching the right products to the appropriate channels to activate these customers.
Assess market trends and competitive landscape to bring an external perspective to campaign strategy and positioning.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners such as advertising and media agencies to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, compliantly, and effectively, to achieve campaign goals.
What you'll need to succeed
Results-driven with strong numerical acumen and attention to detail.
Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to continuously test, learn and refine marketing strategies.
Highly analytical and structured in approach, with the ability to evaluate performance, identify gaps and improve processes.
Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in performance marketing and direct-to-consumer roles.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and the flexibility to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
Strong business acumen and sound judgment to navigate constraints and solve problems effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective at building trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional certifications such as BCP, PGI, HI are an added advantage.
