Job Description

The Campaign Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple distribution channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and events. This role involves setting strategic objectives, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness. The Campaign Manager will regularly present campaign results and insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and Go-To-Market strategies aligned with company goals, including product awareness campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are strategically sound, effectively reach target audiences across all channels, and highlight new product offerings and features
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform campaign strategies and optimize product positioning.
  • Manage incentives and giveaways tied to campaigns and report on sales performance.

2. Campaign Execution:

  • Coordinate with teams andstakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of campaign materials, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
  • Work with creative teams to produce and publish campaign assets.
  • Create and send out campaign communications to distribution via owned channels e.g. emails, whatsapp etc.

3. Performance Tracking and Analytics:

  • Ensure and monitor that tags and tracking is in place across all digital platforms for product pages.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance across all channels, including digital analytics for website and meta campaigns, measure ROI and optimize effectiveness.
  • Analyze data from digital platforms to refine targeting strategies, enhance user experience, and improve conversion rates.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies within the insurance or finance sectors. Demonstrated success in similar roles is essential.
  • Proficient in data analysis with hands-on experience using advanced data tools such as Power BI. Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp or similar design communications platforms, showcasing creativity and the ability to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Strong track record of delivering high-quality results, with a proactive approach to taking ownership of initiatives and driving them to successful completion.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and convey ideas clearly across all levels.
  • Exceptional articulation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaign strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities, maintaining focus and effectiveness in dynamic situations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campaign management. Adopt and be inspired by the best campaigns in the market.
