Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients through face-to-face sales and outdoor outreach.
• Explain products, services and campaign objectives clearly.
• Engage prospective customers and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in coaching and develop your communication and teamwork skills.

Development and Progression

• Training in sales, customer engagement and brand representation.
• Ongoing coaching and practical feedback.
• Opportunities to support new teammates and develop mentoring skills.
• Progression towards campaign leadership based on clear performance criteria, capability and readiness.
• Potential local and overseas exposure, subject to availability and selection.
