Responsibilities:
- Answering of phone calls according to SOP
- Escalation of any issues that are not able to be rectified on the phone
- Assist in administration work / reply emails
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- min. Diploma and above
- Possess min. 1-2 years prior working experience in call centre functions
- Candidates with leadership or supervisory experience can be considered for Team Lead roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
